Look What's Cooking

Have you ever had a difficult time getting your child to eat nutritious snacks?  Do you find it challenging to understand food labels?  How easy is it for you to stretch your food dollars each month?  Are you looking for new recipes to try?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, have kids under 18 in your home, and have limited resources, you might be interested in participating in Eating Smart Being Active.  This Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is a FREE program on how to cook good-tasting, nutritious food while saving money?  Participants taste new recipes each lesson and receive FREE class material, recipes, incentives and a certificate of completion.  The series of eight classes are scheduled at convenient locations and times.  Sign up with your friends and neighbors.
