2007 Book Endowment Fund
This Year at the Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library we have a wonderful new gift to offer our community due to the generosity of those who contributed to our Book Endowment. We have been able to create Book Club Kits which include 20 copies of a single title as well as a Book Club Leader's Guide. These kits will be used for the Library Book Club and will be available for community book clubs and organizations to check out and use.
The Purchase of the following Book Club Kits were made possible by the James H. Turner Book Endowment Fund: "The Wednesday Letters" by Jason F. Wright, "Nineteen Minutes" by Jodi Picoult, "Eye Contact" by Cammie McGovern, "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini, "Garden Spells" by Sarah Addison Allen, "William Henry is a fine Name" by Cathy Gohlke, "The Invisible Wall" by Harry Bernstein, and "Woman in Red" by Eileen Goudge.

The same number can be called to place or obtain information on Memorials or Honorariums. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
